About the broker
Ghassan Yacoub has been selling real estate full-time since 2000. He began his career with a Re/Max franchise and earned several Platinum Awards, including the Chairman Award (Top 3% of agents world-wide), while he was with the company. Before real estate, Ghassan ran his family's Construction and development company for 11 years. This gave Ghassan a unique insight to the needs of distressed property, rehab, management, troubleshooting and the customer service skills needed to facilitate closing transactions successfully.
By 2005, Ghassan found his niche listing and selling REO and other distressed properties. In 2008, he earned his real estate broker license and decided to go out on his own with forming Ur/Pro and open an independent brokerage to serve the needs of his clients.
In his “spare” time, Ghassan volunteers Helping in soup kitchens and homeless relocations, and serving the community.
